I have worked as a personal trainer, nutritionist, fitness presenter, and author in the city of London and around the world for over ten years. I specialise in body transformation for the busy professional and have achieved great success helping people integrate fitness and dietary changes into their already hectic lifestyles, you can read about their experience here. I am a published author with two books and over 100 articles to my name (from Mens Health to Asian Fashion) and am an active member of the Health Writers Guild. I am currently working on my third book entitled “The Executive Body Blueprint”.

I am also Co-Director of Foundry Studios Ltd, a private personal training studio and fitness retail outlet in the city of London where I currently see private clients.

During the week I am based at a private studio called The Foundry in the city of London. The studio offers three private rooms for training and an extensive range of training equipment along with a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. You can find a map to where I am based HERE

Whether you are new to training or an experienced gym user we always start out with some basic assessments where we will look at your posture and basic movement and function. Advanced trainees can expect tests of key muscle length and strength along with looking at the balance between muscles and movements.
In particular we will assess strength in key lifts and remedial lifts to identify areas for primary focus. Nutritional assessment is done via body fat testing, measurements, and several key questionnaires. See the Nutrition page for more information.
