Following shoulder surgery I was recommended Graeme by the excellent physiotherapists at Six Physio. After an initial meeting to discuss the injury and any goals I had and to assess my current fitness and strength (pathetic) and my nutrition (beer + pizza) I enrolled for weekly training and had various weights and measurements taken to keep track of any progress made. I also signed up for the nutrition plan to run alongside the strength training.
