Writing & Media

I started out writing for BBC Suffolk ten years ago and since then have been fortunate enough to have two books published along with over 75 different articles in the national media. I spent two years as a columnist on a national newspaper, writing over 40 columns, learning from experienced journalists and editors and going on to contribute to publications such as Marie Claire, Mens Health, Mens Fitness, Health and Fitness, Asian Fashion, The Times, The FT, Metro, and many more. I am a member of the Health Writer’s Guild and a featured author for the biggest online resource for personal trainers www.ptonthenet.com. I have also worked as a writer for several PR companies and brand advertorial campaigns on press releases and expert guidance for health and fitness.

Graeme’s knowledge of the fitness industry and how to apply it to everyday situations in a way that is relevant and accessible is almost without parallel, which has made his contribution to Men’s Health magazine invaluable. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to tap in to what is really going on in the world of health and fitness” Matthew Barbour, Contributing Editor, Men’s Health

I have a great deal of confidence in Graeme. He keeps up to date with the latest research on exercise and health and he knows what the technical detail means for real people trying to get fit. Graeme is also unafraid of challenging the many myths that exist about fitness, and he has a nice sense of humour too!” – Rachel Baird, Former Health Editor, Daily Express

Graeme is an experienced personal trainer with a vast array of knowledge. He is a regular contributor to FitPro magazines on a range of topics from weight loss to business skills and is never anything less than insightful. Andy Brown, Editor of Fitpro Magazine
